RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Pépinière Jasmin, we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Retaining your receipt will allow for a fast and easy return and will ensure that you receive the proper credit for future purchases, according to the following conditions:

PLANT AND LIVING MATERIAL :

  • Cashier's receipt AND plant pricing and ID tags are required maximum of 24 hours following date of purchase
  • Plant must be in the original pot it was purchased; must not have been planted and are subject to our HEALTH INSPECTION
  • No returns accepted on: annuals, tropical plants, hanging baskets, herbs, sod
  • Plants grown in containers or pots (not in ground), are NOT GUARANTEED

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE RE-STOCKING FEES FOR CERTAIN ITEMS

ACCESSORIES AND OTHER DRY GOODS
(Trellises, pots, fountains, bagged products, tools ...) :

  • Cashier's receipt is required
  • Maximum of 7 days following date of purchase
