ONLINE ORDER POLICY AND PROCEDURES
CONFIDENTIALITY: anyone willing to place an order must create a user profile. User name and password are required to do complete any online transaction. Pépinière Jasmin ltée will not use personal information for any other use.
PAYMENTS : all online orders are finalized over the phone with a representative. When you place an order online, a representative will call you within 24-48 hours to confirm and revise the order with you. A 25% deposit will be taken for orders with plants to be gathered. Balance will be taken when order is picked and ready to be sent. NO PAYMENT IS DONE ON THE INTERNET. credit card numbers and other details are strictly gathered over the phone.
- Visa or Master Card: total amount including taxes and delivery fees if applicable are confirmed over the phone; card holder and card must be there on site in cases of deliveries.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An online order is effective ONLY when confirmed over the phone with our sales agents. Pépinière Jasmin cannot be held responsible for orders that were not confirmed over the phone.
ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGES / SUBSTITUTIONS / DELIVERY:
- BULK MATERIALS: any order for bulk material can be cancelled 24 hours in advance before delivery date; no charge.
- PLANTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS: cancellation of plants or other materials is subject to restocking fees of 15%
- CHANGES OR SUBSTITUTIONS: if changes of format or size are necessary to complete the order, ALL changes must be approved by customer.
PLANT CHOICE / QUALITY: all plants are gathered by our professional staff and only of superior quality; plants below our standard of quality are not selected and Pépinière Jasmin will advise customer if quality is an issue.
DELIVERY: Pépinière Jasmin if so required, will deliver the order according to the arrangements made with the customer over the phone; CUSTOMER MUST BE THERE ON DELIVERY to verify and accept the order; customer must also be there to complete payment with credit card. EXCEPTIONNALY IN COVID PERIOD, customer or credit card do not need to be present at time of delivery. Please submit any irregularities rapidly to us by phone or by email.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY DAMAGES: any product damaged in transport is replaced with an equivalent. If customer wants a refund, a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the value of the product. Delivery fees are NEVER refundable.
ERRORS OR DISCREPANCIES: we try to maintain our website up to date with accurate information. However, if errors or discrepancies are to be found on the website, we reserve the right to refuse, correct or cancel an order based on such faulty information's. ONLY the final confirmation with our sales agent acts as agreement of sale.
