Conical, narrow growth in youth maturing to oval-rounded habit. Dense, bright green foliage that turns to nice shades of yellow in fall. The nice tulip shaped flowers, yellow with orange spots at the base are very fragrant. These flowers appear only on old specimens and in our climat, they appear but only a few at a time. The cone shaped fruits, elongated, turn brown in October and stay in winter. Does not tolerate pollution.
