Irresistible flowering cherry! It bears large, deep pink, double flowers in spring; profuse and long flowering time (can be three weeks). Flowers are followed by small black cherry-like fruits. Bronze new leaves, turning deep green in summer and orange-bronze in fall. Plant in an area protected from winter winds. Winter protection needed for first years.
