Choose from a selection of flower colors and foliage types. The tuberous begonia gets its name from the tuber it develops underground throughout the growing season before entering dormancy in winter. In our climate, it must be stored indoors in a cool but frost-free environment.

These begonias are prized for their ornamental beauty depending on the cultivar and series, they can have single, semi-double, or fully double blooms. Some stand tall, while others gracefully cascade. A truly diverse selection of colors awaits you!
Begonia bulbs are typically planted in mid-March in light, well-draining soil. The rounded side of the bulb produces roots, while the bowl-shaped side sprouts stems. To prevent water accumulation and rot, plant the bulb on its side and cover it lightly with 3 cm of soil.

Keep the soil moist but never waterlogged. Once the weather warms, transplant your begonias into flower beds, ornamental pots, or window boxes in shaded or partially sunny areas. These prolific bloomers benefit from regular fertilization for maximum floral impact.

Dahlias come in a stunning variety of sizes and bloom types, ensuring there’s a cultivar for every garden. They thrive in sun, warmth, and well-draining soil. For optimal and prolonged flowering, fertilization is essential.

We offer dahlias ranging from compact varieties (starting at 40 cm) to towering giants reaching 1.5 meters! You’ll also find single, semi-double, and double flowers, with some blooms reaching an impressive 30 cm in diameter. They are true garden showstoppers!
Dahlia bulbs arrive as clusters of swollen roots attached to a stem with visible buds. When planting, allow these young shoots to emerge from the soil, and ensure excellent watering management between planting and the start of active growth.

A light, well-draining soil mix helps prevent rot. In March, pots should be kept in cool conditions, similar to spring temperatures.

In summer, dahlias flourish in both containers and garden beds. Use rich, well-draining soil and install sturdy stakes at planting to prevent damage from strong winds or heavy rain. As with any prolific bloomer, regular feeding is key to achieving spectacular results!

March is the ideal time for pruning, as the tree’s structure is fully visible. However, avoid pruning trees that "bleed" during dormancy, such as maples, walnuts, birches, and hornbeams.

For shaping or corrective pruning, follow these essential guidelines:
• Do not overdo it trees need branches and leaves to survive.
• Never remove more than one-third of the tree’s mass.
• Sanitize your tools regularly with 70% alcohol to prevent the spread of diseases. Keep tools sharp for clean, precise cuts without fraying.
• Avoid leaving stubs, as they serve as entry points for pests and diseases.
For more complex pruning tasks, seek professional advice or hire an expert.
