100% homemade compost – The Hozelock Bokashi composter allows you to make your own fertilizer. All your food waste can be fermented in the Hozelock Bokashi airtight container. Thanks to the Bokashi activator (included), waste is transformed into a digestate rich in nutrients.
Fertilizer and compost in a matter of days! – Bokashi activator, invented in Japan, is based on a mixture of wheat bran and effective microorganisms, acting as an activator and allowing to dehydrate all kitchen waste, not only vegetable waste, but also food leftovers , meat, fish and dairy products. So you quickly get a liquid fertilizer, to be diluted before use and compost for your plants in just 15-20 days. You can then integrate it safely with your traditional compost or bury it directly in the ground where it will decompose quickly. The liquid obtained can also be used pure to clean sewers and septic tanks.
