SHIPPING : Pépinière Jasmin Ltée undertakes to deliver the orders within the deadlines set and determined during the telephone confirmation with the customer. The customer MUST BE PRESENT at the time of delivery for payment, inspection and acceptance of the delivered items. Please notify us QUICKLY by email or telephone of any irregularities in the products delivered (errors, breakages, ETC.).

TRANSPORT DAMAGE : Any item damaged in transit will be replaced with an equivalent value free of charge. A customer desiring a refund rather than an exchange will have to pay a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the returned product. Shipping costs are NEVER refundable.
